Message From the Principal


Karl.jpgMy name is Karl Kesterke and I'm privileged to have the opportunity to serve as the principal for Sanger's newest Elementary School. I started my educational career in Sanger 22 years ago at Wilson Elementary as a sixth grade teacher.  After nine years in the classroom, I moved on to become a resource teacher, then a vice-principal.  For the ten years, I was the principal at Madison Elementary then became the curriculum coordinator at the district office.  
As a parent, I understand the importance of knowing that your child is in an educational environment that is both safe and conducive to academic and social development. While the exterior of the new school may look different from other sites, the instruction within will retain the same academic focus and rigor.
Through open communication and community input, I believe this journey will be exciting for all those involved. Iím looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead and the fantastic families I will get to know.
